Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality analytics.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to support business strategy and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot technical issues during night operations.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment or Night Shift preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
