Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to identify key trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to support data extraction and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define metrics and KPIs for night operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Night Shift capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
