Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to support business reporting and decision-making.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive process improvements.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and trend forecasting to predict future business outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and joins).
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
