Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to support reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and schema designs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all night-shift reporting systems.
- Produce clear, concise weekly reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a Night Shift environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during off-hours.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
