We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will work during our night shift to ensure our data pipelines are optimized and our insights are delivered on time. As a Night Shift Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic business decisions. You will leverage your expertise in SQL and Python to clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets, helping us stay ahead of the competition in a 24/7 data-driven world.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for night-shift leadership.
- Write efficient SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction and transformation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and data needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Monitor system performance and data quality during off-peak hours to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
