Responsibilities
- Perform ETL processes and maintain complex data pipelines across multiple sources
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time operational monitoring
- Analyze night-shift performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Document data methodologies and create automated reporting workflows
- Ensure data compliance with GDPR and industry-specific regulations
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and BI tools
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
