Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large volumes of data from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, providing detailed insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to streamline data workflows and automate repetitive data processing tasks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, non-technical language for cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying), Python or R, and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM or similar).
- Relocation: Must be open to relocating to the Raleigh, NC area.
