Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Design and implement data pipelines for real-time processing and analysis
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, cleansing, and documentation protocols
- Support continuous improvement of analytics methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or rotational schedule
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to manage large datasets and optimize query performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
