Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting actionable insights and anomalies.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing data workflows and propose technical solutions to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining database schemas and documentation to ensure data integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with Excel (Advanced functions) and ETL tools is a plus.
