The Role:
As a Data Analyst on our Night Shift team, you will be responsible for cleaning, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. You will translate complex data into actionable business intelligence reports that our stakeholders rely on.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive analysis on night-time operational data to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for management, highlighting data-driven insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python/R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a Night Shift environment (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
