Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend solutions to optimize performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and management teams to align data strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (rotating shifts or fixed night hours).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
