Responsibilities
- Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL): Clean and organize complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data integrity for night operations.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and emerging trends.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data efficiently across our databases.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical and real-time data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present clear, actionable findings to the management team and operational leads during morning handover sessions.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to refine data collection processes and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a retail or logistics environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel. Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot errors in large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between data and management.
