Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling using SQL, Python, and Excel to interpret nightly performance metrics and trends.
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the night shift.
- Generate accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Identify data anomalies and implement solutions to improve data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to recommend data-driven strategies for process improvement.
- Ensure all data pipelines and reporting systems are running efficiently during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (subqueries, joins, stored procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines within a night shift schedule.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
