Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated reports and dashboards for real-time business intelligence

- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical modeling projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM CST) with flexible scheduling options
