Responsibilities
- Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL): Retrieve data from various sources using SQL and Python scripts to support business operations.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data pipelines and perform rigorous cleaning to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, presenting findings to cross-functional teams with clarity and precision.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the engineering team to automate manual reporting processes and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a night shift environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and strong knowledge of Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
