Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to support night-shift reporting cycles.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all night-shift operations.
- Communicate complex findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, preferably in a shift-work or 24/7 environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Ability to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
