Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate Reports: Create clear, concise, and visually compelling dashboards and reports for stakeholders using BI tools.
- Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain the quality of data entering the system, ensuring accuracy and consistency during off-hours.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the operations and product teams to understand their data needs and provide timely insights.
- Automate Processes: Develop SQL scripts and Python automations to streamline routine data analysis tasks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings to the management team in a way that drives decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel (Advanced).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
