Responsibilities
- Execute complex data cleaning and transformation processes to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the night operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot anomalies during off-peak hours to minimize downtime.
- Generate comprehensive nightly and weekly reports for stakeholders to drive decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support urgent business inquiries and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
