Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for real-time monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation, cleaning, and ETL processes.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Strong scripting skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
