Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Create data visualizations and presentations that communicate insights to stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and data modeling
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
