- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor night-shift KPIs and real-time data streams for operational alerts
- Collaborate with global teams during overlapping hours for cross-functional projects
- Document data processes and maintain data quality frameworks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with night shift or rotational schedule
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
