Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and perform exploratory data analysis on large, complex datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends for executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to predict market trends and optimize business processes.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that summarize key findings and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
