Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Create SQL queries to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and data narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis methods
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
