Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data to support strategic initiatives.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.
- SQL Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from databases efficiently and support ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data quality standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Programming: Solid understanding of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling data and preparing reports.
