Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business growth.
- Visualize complex datasets using Tableau or PowerBI to present actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and anomalies in large datasets.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
