Responsibilities
- Transform Raw Data into Actionable Insights: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets for analysis.
- Visualize Performance: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored reports.
- Automate Reporting: Streamline reporting workflows to save time and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
