In this role, you will play a critical part in our decision-making process, ensuring our data infrastructure is robust and our insights are accurate. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling, interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to visualize data insights for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data and ensure data integrity across all databases.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and automation to increase data efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and a strong focus on data quality and integrity.
