Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends and patterns in business performance.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries, reports, and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
