Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business strategy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports for non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing rigorous data cleaning, validation, and transformation tasks.
- Design and implement SQL queries and scripts to extract data from various sources and databases.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a compelling and data-driven manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
