Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, transform, and load (ETL) massive datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, forecast market movements, and optimize business processes.
- Dashboard Creation: Design interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence Reporting: Produce comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that provide deep insights into business performance, helping leadership make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data pipelines and propose innovative solutions to improve speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Education: Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
