Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into structured formats.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and data mining to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation and data dictionaries for internal teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, Python or R for scripting, and Excel for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
