Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Present data findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions to improve data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and VBA.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
