Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure high data quality.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business reports.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract data efficiently from relational databases.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (Advanced knowledge of querying and optimization) and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive logical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
