Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design and develop complex data models, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate business goals into analytical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to support A/B testing, forecasting, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be eligible for relocation to Illinois.
