Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst at Apex Data Systems, you will be the bridge between our raw data and business strategy. You will own the data lifecycle, from collection and cleaning to analysis and visualization, ensuring our stakeholders have the information they need to succeed. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to build a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to solve complex business problems.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define questions, find data sources, and build reporting frameworks.
- Perform statistical analysis and create predictive models to forecast trends and support decision-making.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
