Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure high-quality analytics and reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to define data requirements and create comprehensive reports.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from large databases efficiently.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python for data manipulation.
- Experience creating data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis, IN (Relocation package included).
