- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases efficiently.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python or R.
- Experience creating data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
