Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Document data pipelines and ensure data quality standards are met across all reporting systems.
- Present data findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong visualization skills with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
