Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
- Visual Reporting: Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly.
- Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries and assist in maintaining database schemas and structures.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
