Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform complex data mining and statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and business questions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data-driven recommendations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing queries, joins, subqueries) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business requirements.
