Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support strategic initiatives
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide ongoing analytics support

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and A/B testing frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
