What You Will Do:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytical needs.
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable reports and visual dashboards.
- Identify performance gaps and opportunities for process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Data Management & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to monitor real-time business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform regression analysis, A/B testing, and trend forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- SQL Querying: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases efficiently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R.
- Tool Mastery: Expert level in Excel (VBA, Macros) and experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into business value for leadership.
