Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify business trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Automate reporting processes to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages (Python or R).
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
