Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to management through clear, concise visualizations.
- Optimize database queries and data pipelines to improve retrieval speed and efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of data governance and quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst (2+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
