Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data: Gather large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop data models and dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.
- Statistical analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business decisions.
- Stakeholder communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Process optimization: Collaborate with operations and management teams to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve processes.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations summarizing project outcomes and data trends for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server). Experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
