Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets and providing clear insights to drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify trends, performance metrics, and operational opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
- Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to support decision-making.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Validation).
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
