Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1-3 years minimum).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
