Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, process, and clean large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows and improve overall data quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Programming: Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Solid experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
