Responsibilities
- Collect & Process: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and interpret results to identify trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Data Strategy: Recommend process improvements and data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, methodologies, and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools is required.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
