Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports summarizing findings, providing clear recommendations to the management team.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize data pipelines and reporting workflows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into accessible insights for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strongly required), Python or R for data manipulation, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
